We love hearing what our customers thought about their holiday with us and use an independent review platform called Feefo to collect their feedback when they return home.

The booking process feels a bit strange, the website requests payment, sends a confirmation email but it's not really, the booking wasn't secured until it was manually confirmed.

From start to finish we felt informed. Only one drawback, we would have liked to have been able to pay money off our holiday online, so it wasn't so much to find in one go, but it only allowed us to pay the whole balance.
