STONEBANK, a Grade 2 listed building, previously Bank Farm, dates from the early 1600s. Situated in the village of Chickerell, it is set back from the road in the centre of pleasant gardens, three miles west of Weymouth and close to the World Heritage Jurassic coast and the Dorset coastal path which skirts the Fleet, the narrow lagoon, between Chesil Beach and the mainland.
The Annexe provides comfortable accommodation for up to four people.
The entrance hall has stairs that lead to the main rooms.There is a comfortable lounge/ dining room with three piece suite, dining table/chairs, dresser, electric fire, colour freeview T.V, DVD, VCR, radio/CD player, books & games; the kitchen has an electric cooker, refrigerator with freezer box and microwave and has ample crockery etc., for 4 people. From the lounge, patio doors lead to the enclosed garden with two patios and garden furniture.
There are two bedrooms, one double and one twin; a bathroom with corner bath with shower over, W.C. , washbasin and shaver point.
All power, gas central heating and linen/towels are provided without charge. An automatic washing machine available on request. Off road parking is beside the property.
One small pet is welcome by arrangement.
This is a "no smoking" house.
