Dorset - The cottage itself comprises 4 large double bedrooms. Situated on the first floor there are two rooms both with king size beds. On the ground floor there are a further two rooms recently renovated within the converted forge area consisting of one twin room with the other a standard double bedroom.
On the first floor there is a large family bathroom whilst on the ground floor, a shower room and toilet, with a further toilet below the stairs.
The lounge, with large open fireplace has seating for approximately 6 people, with television, free view, DVD player and stereo system for your use. A collection of CDs, DVD’s and books are also available for your entertainment.
The dining room has a large farmhouse table able to seat 8 comfortably and a large dresser. The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped with electric oven, gas hob and microwave.
The cottage is fully centrally heated with hot water, gas and electric all-inclusive. There are both children’s and adults board games as well as full size Bar Skittles.
There is parking for 2-3 cars in the garage and front forecourt where the original iron ring still remains, which the wheelwrights used when the forge was in operation.
There is a pretty garden to the rear and side of the property offering wonderful views of the surrounding hills, farmland and up to ‘Golden Cap’
The garden has a table and chairs for your use.
