Gloucestershire - Three luxurious cottages set in the picturesque village of Frampton on Severn that boasts the longest village green in England.
Kaowen House - sleeps 8
The cottage has exposed beams and is furnished with traditional oak furniture.
Ground Floor
The kitchen is well equipped and includes an Aga, ceramic hob, oven, fridge/freezer, combination oven and dishwasher.
The utility room houses a washing machine and tumble dryer.
In the lounge there is comfortable seating on sofas and armchairs for eight, a colour 33" TV, CD/DVD, Hi-fi, oak dresser, woodburner and coffee table.
First Floor
Upstairs there are four bedrooms.
The master bedroom has a king size sleigh bed and en-suite. The bathroom has bath with shower over, wash basin, shaver point and WC.
Bedroom two is a double with a romantic oak panelled king-size four poster bed.
Bedroom three and four are double rooms with twin beds.
The family bathroom has a bath, separate shower, wash basin, shaver point and WC.
Byres Water - sleeps 8
Converted from a traditional open fronted cattle shelter.
The kitchen is fully equipped and includes an oven, induction hob, combination oven, American style fridge/freezer and dishwasher. French door leads to the driveway.
The lounge has two large sofas to seat eight, a 42" LCD TV with surround sound and DVD.
There is a separate dining room with table and chairs to seat eight. French doors lead onto the patio with table and chairs.
There are four double bedrooms.
The master bedroom has a superking leather sleigh bed and en-suite with bath, separate shower, wash basin, shaver point and WC.
Bedroom two is a double and has a king size bed.
Bedroom three and bedroom four are doubles with twin beds.
The family bathroom has a large shower, freestanding double ended bath, hand basin, shaver point and WC.
Outside there is a private driveway with parking and turning area for five cars.
The Malthouse - sleeps 6
The building contains some striking architectural features that have been preserved giving the building immense character.
Ground Floor
The master bedroom is downstairs and has a gargantuan sleigh bed.
Bedroom two is a double and you can have either a double bed or twin beds. It has an en-suite with shower, wash basin, shaver point and WC.
The bathroom has a large shower, double slipper bath, wash basin, shaver point and WC.
Adjacent to the bathroom is a washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing facilities.
First Floor
Bedroom three/study has a fully sprung double sofa bed.
Stairs rise further to access open plan lounge and dining on a solid ash floor, with kitchen and annex to entertainment suite.
The lounge has comfortable sofas and chairs to seat approx eight, LCD TV, DVD, wood burning stove, coffee and occasional tables. There are lovely views across to the River Severn and Gloucester-Sharpness Canal.
The dining area has a large table seating up to ten.
The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a range cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer and dishwasher.
Situated above the malt drying floor with glass viewing panels is the 'entertainment suite'. It has a 42" plasma TV, DVD/CD player and surround sound. Seating for four.
Outside is a private driveway with parking and turning area and a private courtyard with sitting area and awning.
