A very attractive C18th Listed Grade II thatched property.
Downstairs
The sitting room has TV with freeview, CD, video, inglenook fireplace with multifire and a dining area.
The fully fitted kitchen includes an electric cooker and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.
The family bathroom has a shower over bath, handbasin and WC.
Upstairs
There are two bedrooms, both double, one with a 5' bed and the other with a 4'6" bed.
An initial supply of coal is provided for the sitting room fire and electricity is charged by meter reading

A large comfortable cottage suitable for big or small families.
Downstairs
There is a spacious sitting room with TV, DVD, video, CD and inglenook fireplace and multifuel fire.
The large kitchen has a dining area and includes an electric cooker, dishwasher, microwave, fridge and TV.
The utility room houses a washing machine, tumble dryer and a second fridge/freezer.
There is a downstairs cloakroom and a conservatory.
Upstairs
There are four bedrooms, one double with a 5' bed and en-suite bathroom and three twin bedded rooms.
The family bathroom has a shower over bath, handbasin and WC.
Pets are allowed by prior arrangement. No charge is made for the first pet but £25 is payable for each additional pet
Smoking is permitted
Rectory Cottage has a garage
An initial supply of coal is provided for the sitting room fire
Electricity is included but oil for the central heating is charged by flow meter reading
There is a shared games room which includes table tennis, table football and a playhouse
